Is this live today?
No. Bluegill Triple Prime is in development. We are talking to merchants first so we build the reports and decisions they actually need. Early access is a waiting list, not a product you can log into yet.
What access does it need?
Read-only access to your Shopify orders, products, customers and inventory through Shopify's API, and for profit reporting, read-only access to your ad accounts. Nothing in your store is ever changed.
Can I check the numbers?
Yes. Every report shows the data it used and the query it ran, so you can compare it with Shopify's own reports. If something does not match, a person on the team looks at it with you.
What will it cost?
We are testing $49 to $149 a month. The thank-you page asks which you would expect to pay. Nothing is charged now, and merchants who take a call with us get six months free at launch.
Who is behind it?
Strata Business Intelligence LLC, a small team that builds reporting for ecommerce businesses. A real person reads and answers every email.
What happens to my details?
We use your email to reply and to invite you to a call. Your store URL and order range tell us what kind of stores are interested. The privacy notice lists everything collected and how to have it removed.
